Noncommercial organizations - are those organizations that are established for benevolent, cultural, educational, scientific and managing purposes, they are aimed at people's health protection, development of physical culture and sport, at meeting spiritual and other non-material demands of citizens and organizations, settlement of disputes and conflicts, rendering legal assistance and besides for any other purposes aimed at public wealth achievement.

Noncommercial organizations may have various forms:

Association is formed by uniting of commercial or non-commercial organizations with the purpose of coordination of their activities, and for representation tasks and protection of their mutual property interests.

Autonomous non-commercial organization is an organization which doesn't have membership, it is established by citizens or artificial persons on the basis of their voluntary property contributions with the purpose of provision of services in the spheres of education, health protection, culture, science, law, physical culture and sport and other services.

Noncommercial partnership - is partnership based organization, which is established by citizens and/or artificial persons for their members assistance in executing citizens health protection purposes, development of physical culture and sport, at meeting spiritual and other non-material demands of citizens, lawful rights protection, legal interests of citizens and organizations, disputes and conflicts settlement, legal advice and any other purposes aimed at public wealth achievement.

An entity (organization) is established by an owner with the purpose of executing managing, social-cultural and other functions of non-commercial character and is financed totally or partly by this owner.

Public organization (union) – is a voluntary union of citizens according to an established by law order based on their common interests for meeting spiritual or any other non-material demands. Such organizations differ in accordance with their activity coverage – regional, interregional, international.

Autonomous non-commercial organization - is an organization, which does not have membership; it is established by citizens and/or artificial persons based on their voluntary property contributions; it is aimed at achievement of social, benevolent, cultural, educational or other useful public purposes.

For non-commercial organization registration the following documents and information are demanded:

• several versions of organization name;
• Photocopies of passports of an organization founders and a head with indication of their postal codes at their registration addresses;
• foundation and activities purposes;
• chosen taxation body (there are seven of them in Yekaterinburg)
• location and postal address of an entity, notary attested and certified ownership documents for the premises and letter of commitment from the proprietor (we will present a letter form)
• bank (we will offer you the list of all banks and their branch-offices in Yekaterinburg)
• phone number to contact;

For incorporation founders it is necessary to provide registration certificate, charter of a company, Foundation agreement of a company (founder’s decision), certificate of registration in a taxation body (notarially attested copies).

Promotion in registration of Partnership of dwelling owners (condominium)

For registration of such a juristic person you are to submit the following:

• the name
• photocopies of passports of shareholders
• photocopies of passports of a head and chief accountant
• packet of documents from a construction company (details at the office)
