Registration of amendments in regulation documents

You will have to present:

  1. Charter
  2. Foundation agreement or decision about establishment
  3. An artificial person registration certificate
  4. ОGRN certificate (about introduction of an artificial person particulars into the Common state registry)
  5. Registration certificate of amendments in regulation documents (if there are any)
  6. Certificate of registration in an Inspection of Ministry for taxation and duties levying (IMNS)
  7. Oblkomstat informative letter of (copy);
  8. Bank requisites in free form;
  9. Photocopy of a head’s passport;
  10. Depending on the contents of the amendments inserted, we may inquire additional information.

Time: 2-7 days depending on location of Inspection of Ministry for taxation and duties levying (IMNS)
