Time of registration of not commercial organizations is 1 month.

Noncommercial organizations – organizations, created for achieving charitable, cultural, educational, scientific and administrative purposes, for protecting of citizens’ health, development of physical culture and sport, satisfaction of spiritual and other nonmatirial demands of citizens, protecting of rights, lawful interests of citizens and organizations, deciding arguments and conflicts,accompanying of juridical help, and also for other purposes, which are directed on achievement of social goods.

Noncommercial organizations may be of different forms:

Assosiation, union is created by unifying of commercial and noncommercial organizations in purposes of coordination of their activity, and equally for giving and protecting common property interests.

Autonomous noncommercial organizations, organization which doesn’t have membership, established citizens or corporations based on voluntary property fees in order to provide services in educational sphere, health, culture, science, law, physical culture and sport and other services.

Noncommercial partnership-based on membership organization, established by citizens and/or corporations for it’s members’ assistence in realization of purposes connecting with protection of citizens’ health, development of physical culture and sport, satisfaction of spiritial and other nonmaterial citizens’ demands, protection of laws, legal interests of citizens and organisations, deciding arguments and conflicts, accompanying of juridical help, and also for other purposes, which are directed on achievement of social goods.

Establishment is founded by owner for accompanying administrative, social-cultural and other functions of noncommercial character, and is financed completely or parrtly by this owner.

Public organization (unification) – voluntery citizens’ unification in established by RF legislation order, based on commonality of their interests for spiritual and other noncommercial demands satisfaction. The activities in region may be regional, interegional, international.

Autonomous not commercial organisation – doesn’t have organisation’s membership, established by citzens and/or corporations, based on voluntary property fees and pursueing social, charity, cultural, educational or other social ends.

The following documents and information are necessary for registration of noncommercial organization:

• Several variants of the title of company;
• Pasport photocopies of founders, manager with inductions on post index in place of registration
• Aims of making and activity;
• You should choose tax inspectorate (there are 7 of them in Ekaterinburg)
• You should be formed with location post adress of corporation, should perform notarialy registered lawestablishing documents on premises and guarantee letter from owner (we’ll give you the form of the letter)
