Founder of the society

• If the founder is the citizen of RF: it is necessary for him to have a pasport with constant registration, INN, sertificate of being on personal account in Pension fund (it’s enough to show the numbers)
• If the founder of the community is corporation, registered on the territory of RF – you need registered copies: Sertificates of state registration, Statute, Constituent treaty (decision of making), all changes in Statute (if they were), Sertificate of being tax registered, Codes of Statistics, information from bank about the presence of open accounts.
• If the founder of the community is corporation, registered out of the territory of RF – you need excerpting from trade register country the foreign corporation is from or another equivalent confirmation of juridical statuse of foreign investor in accordanse with his country’s legislation, citizenship or constant residence. Statute of foreign company or position of incorporation, or another document, replacing Statute, information of appropriation of taxpayer’s number, information from the bank about the presence of foreign company’s account and it’s solvensy (the information is valid for 6 months), the dicision of foreign company about establishment of Society, warrant on physical person, perfoming company’s interests and conducting registrational materials.
