Registration of enterprises with foreign investments
- Appellation of future corporation
- Founder (founders):
- Foreign citizen: notarially registered transfer of pasport (with active visa) – 3 copies; if deposit of foreign investor is payed in by money: Information from bank about solvensy (there should be a sum on his account, as minimum equal to deposit of statute capital; if deposit into statute capital is formed by property: pay documents, which confirm the purchasing, (for example equipment), invoices – everything with notarially registered transferes – 3 copies; permission on the running of a household for foreign investor – physical person, if such registration is envisaged by country’s legislation, or another document, confirming founder’s statuse – foreign investor – notarially registered transfer – 2 copies.
- Foreing corporation, registered out of the territory of RF – Excerpting from trade register of foreign corporation’s country or another equivalent confirmation of juridical statuse of foreign investor in accordance with country’s legislation of his citizenship or constant residence, Statute of foreign company or position of incorporation, or another document, replacing Statute, information of appropriation of taxpayer’s number, information from the bank about the presence of foreign company’s account and it’s solvensy (the information is valid for 6 months), the dicision of foreign company about establishment of Society, warrant on physical person, perfoming company’s interests and conducting registrational materials (every thing with notarially transfers -3 copies).

- Being formed with the system of taxation – usual or simplified (if simplified – what exactly (on incomes or incomes minus expenses))
- Pasport’s copy of future manager
