Registration of branches and representations in Ekaterinburg

Registration of the branch may be made with inserting changes in constituent documents of head enterprise and without inserting them.

You have to perform notarialy registered copies of constituent documents of head enterprise:

1. Statute
2. Sertificate of corporation registration
3. OGRN certificate (about information insertion into Single state register)
4. Certificate of registration of changes in constituent documents (if they are)
5. Certificate of being registered in IMNS
6. Constituent treaty or decision of creation (simple copy)
7. Information letter of Oblkomstat(copy)
8. Bank requisites in free form
9. photocopy of manager’s pasport

We will prepare the necessary packet of documents, Position of a branch, you will have to be formed with corporation (your or we can give) and we’ll conduct registration. Consultation in the office or by the telephone.
