Juridical Agency-93 was founded 17 years ago.
For the last 10 years office of the Agency is located on Pushkin street, 10 in Yekaterinburg, Russia. Before it was on avenue Kosmonavtov, 23.
The Agency consists of 20 employees: 6 leading experts, 6 assistances, office meneger, 5 couriers, financial deputy director and director.  All of them work on full time basis

A leading lawyer Irina Bystritskaya has been working for the Agency for 5 years. For the previous 10 years she worked as assistant of Federal judge. She carries out routine juridical services for companies and represents their interests in arbitrage and general courts. She has 2 assistants.

Natali Serova, a leading expert of the registration department, has been working for the Agency for 10 years. She is a very experience lawyer who manages to solve the most complicated and non standard tasks. She also has 2 assistants.

Nadezhda Samoilova, a leading expert of corporate law department, is a graduate of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). She is a high-quality expert with great experience in spheres of shares, extra emissions, registration of Decisions and Reports, meetings of share holders including small Closed Joint Stock Companies as well as big Corporations, register of share holders and etc. She is mainly responsible for large projects in Moscow.

All the employees-lawyers are graduates from the Ural State Juridical Academy, one of the most prestige high education institutions of the country. All of them improve their  knowledge on a constant basis by participating in professional conferences, seminars and attestations.

 Our Agency is well quipped with duly renewed juridical software programs such as Garant, Consultant Plus and other reference software. We have all the necessary hardware and material security.

There is no language barrier. Galina Vovk, head of translation department, has 25 years of experience in translations of juridical papers into English and back into Russian, 20 of them she worked in the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ural Department. Besides, two leading lawyers and office manager Tatyana Perminova, a graduate of the Ural State University of Yekaterinburg, know English very well.

I, Olga Makutenus, am the Director and the sole share holder of “Juridical Agency-93”Ltd. from its foundation.   I graduated from the Ural State Juridical Academy. I am 38 years old, have 2 children I have 17 years of experience as a lawyer and director of the company, fluent German.
