All the above actions are stepwise. State accreditation is dutiable. 

The duty depends on accreditation term:

• accreditation of a representative for one year - 1000$
• accreditation of a representative for two years - 2000$
• accreditation of a representative for three years - 2500$

All payments are executed in rubles at the rate of payment date CB RF.  

Accreditation is arranged for one, two and three years. The term of a representative is indicated in the Certificate. If needed the term of the Certificate may be prolonged for the next one, two or three years, assuming duly appeal to the Chamber.

In addition we offer assistance in arranging bank accounts. Time of performance depends on the bank and varies from one to five days.

Documents required for accreditation of a representative

All the documents can be translated into Russian and notary signed in RF, particularly in Yekaterinburg

Extra expenses are to be noted:

• notary signed translation into Russian (depends on  translation bureau tariffs and number of pages),
• opening of bank account (from 1400 to 6500 RUR depending on bank)
• express mail

Specialists of our company assist in prolongation of accreditation term of representative of foreign legal entity. It is worth noting that papers to prolong the term are to be presented not later than 45 business days before expiry. Otherwise representative is considered to be closed at the date of expiry. To renew activity of a representative one has to start the procedure from the very beginning.
In case of prolongation of the accreditation term the previous certificates are to be rearranged.

PERSONAL ACCREDITATION OF THE STAFF OF REPRESENTATIVE:

In addition to the above services we offer extra assistance on personal accreditation of the staff  of representative. All foreign citizens working at representative on a constant basis are subject to personal accreditation as well as the members of their families.

Accredited employee is given an accreditation card. Personal accreditation is allowed within the limits of the permitted staff. As a rule the number of foreign staff of a representative does not exceed five persons and may be expanded on good reason. Personal accreditation of foreign citizens is an acknowledgment of their official status as members of a representative office. Personal accreditation term is limited by the term of the representative itself. Prolongation of personal accreditation and rearrangement of accreditation card is possible only in case of prolongation of activity of a representative. On termination of the personal accreditation card it is to be returned to State Registration Chamber.
